This course provides the knowledge needed to develop clear objectives and key results; additionally, it will teach you how to achieve buy-in from key stakeholders and communicate your message productively to the organization at-large. Finally, this course will help you to ensure the long-term success of your OKR program through proven methods like leadership alignment and team sharing. - Module 3: Utilizing OKRs in Team Reviews & One-on-Ones [2022] In the execution phase of the OKR cycle, the key to success is frequent communication. In this course, participants will learn how to make the most of the execution phase of the OKR cycle: including instructions on how to conduct weekly team check-ins, and how to capitalize on the conversations, feedback, and recognition that go into the OKR process. You’ll also learn how utilizing OKRs can help you master team reviews and 1:1 sessions. - Module 4: The Quarterly Retrospective [2022] Scheduling a quarterly retrospective can create a safe environment to openly discuss ideas, questions, concerns or mistakes, which, when executed effectively, will work to continuously improve the way your organization operates. In this course, participants will review progress, measure success, and prepare for the next quarter - they’ll also learn how to conduct a retrospective that gets the best possible value from the process. - Module 5: OKR Tools, Quarterly Transitions, and Change Management [2022] The most cited reason for project failure is problems with the people involved. When organizations invest more in the technical side than in leading impacted people through times of change, OKR programs are not successful. In this course, participants will learn how to manage inevitable organizational changes while maintaining program success. They’ll understand how to research, evaluate, and implement an OKR tool in order to track team progress, and finally, they’ll learn how to manage a quarterly OKR transition.
