It was first invented by Andy Grove of Intel and popularized by companies like Google, Mercedes Benz and SAP. The platform was further popularized by the book in 2017, Measure What Matters, by John Doerr. People Stretch Solutions has completed over 60 implementations over the last 5 years and has developed an OKR Excellence framework that helps organization’s overcome the most common challenge they face when they attempt to implement OKRs without the help of an outside OKR consultant, they don’t spend enough time learning how to properly write and use them throughout the quarter.

In order to leverage the full OKR growth platform, a company has to become proficient in cascading goals. This practice is complex and can be very difficult depending on the levels of management in the organization

OKR Adoption and Reinforcement

People Stretch Solutions can assist a company that has already implemented OKRs but is not getting the perceived value from the initial investment. PSS will modify their OKR excellence framework to meet the organization where they are in their OKR journey to assist with adoption, reinforcement and ultimately OKR excellence.
