CAMILLE KHALEESI

Camille Khaleesi is a dynamic leader and HR professional accomplished in people operations and strategic planning. As Managing Partner of The PLX Group, LLC, she aids business in building or improving their HR infrastructure and enhancing the employee experience. Camille builds efficiencies within systems, policies, and processes saving companies thousands of dollars in unneeded costs as well as more effectively utilizing human capital. With over 20 years experience as a HR Generalist, she has a diverse professional background spanning across multiple industries, for- and nonprofit, international and domestic organizations.

Camille has a unique ability to assess and advise people operations from both the micro and macro level and align systems and processes with business objectives meeting companies where they are now and preparing them for their desired future state. Prior to focusing primarily on consulting work, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Mothership Strategies, LLC, where she developed and scaled the HR and Operations teams, reduced costs, and shifted the company culture.

She earned a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel hill and an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland. In her personal life, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her children and dogs, and acting as a family advocate for children with Special Needs with a concentrated focus on those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
