Director, Sales Operations
Jim Bladich has spent over 20 years in sales and sales operations leadership roles for high growth technology firms. As a proven Sales Operations professional his experience includes the evaluation, creation and management of processes and systems of selling that align and enable valuable go-to- market resources. He has worked with organizations including Micro Focus International, Nuix North America, Decision Lens, Software AG and ASG Technologies where he was instrumental in building out a market aligned sales strategy including systems and processes that grew annual revenue from $50MM to $350MM. Jim has also collaborated with firms including McKinsey & Company, Grant Thornton, the Chasm Group and Huron Consulting to evaluate, create and operationalize successful sales programs.
Jim’s specialties include, process improvement, forecasting and pipeline management, sales team assessment and training, data analysis and reporting, CRM management, sales compensation and rewards, territory alignment, business development, due diligence and project management.
Jim holds an MBA in Business Management, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Technology Manager (CITAM), and Certified Pricing Professional (CPC).
