VP – Client Services & Operations
Tess Amolsch is the Vice President of Client Services and Operations at People Stretch Solutions. She brings to PSS over 25 years of operational excellence where she helped companies to grow and scale their businesses. She has a successful track record of pioneering systems, processes, and procedures that increase productivity and drive revenue.
Tess is no stranger to management consulting and coaching. She spent nine years as the VP of Client Services for Miller Heiman Group (now part of Korn Ferry), where she led the delivery operation for $100M global sales and leadership consulting business – ensuring quality, consistency, and people growth for a team of 40. Prior to this, she held senior operations and sales operations positions at Compass Real Estate, Educational Testing Service, and American Forest Foundation.
Tess holds a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University and has a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. When not helping clients at PSS, Tess and her husband are busy watching their 3 kids play ice hockey, crew, and field hockey. In addition, Tess is an active volunteer for the Mt. Pleasant Village as a Board Member and Co-chair of the Volunteer Committee.
