- Direct Recruiting for Hire (Contingency) - People Stretch will provide direct to hire recruiting services for certain types of manager and leadership roles that are critical for our client’s success.
- Onboarding
- People Stretch helps clients anywhere from assessing the onboarding process to building a customized onboarding plan together that’s designed to establish an amazing employee experience for your new hire and a seamless onboarding for HR and operational staff. It is important to identify all of the necessary elements of onboarding inclusive of pre-boarding and managerial/departmental launches.
- Key Deliverables
- Onboarding Process Assessment - People Stretch will evaluate your entire onboarding process to identify gaps and provide recommendations on how to address them.
- Onboarding Process Support - People Stretch will recommend appropriate workflows, checklists, and calendering for pre-boarding, orientation, training and integration of new hires. This is also where it will be identified which employees/internal teams (HR, IT, Comms, etc.) are part of the onboarding process and assuring they understand their roles.
- Identifying Technology Resources - People Stretch will review and assess all current available systems to identify which can best be utilized for tracking onboarding consistently.
- Management Integration - People Stretch will work with hiring managers on their part of the onboarding process by providing training and guidance supporting a meaningful and effective experience for new hires acclimating to their new work environment.
- Offboarding & Exiting - People Stretch will provide similar deliverables to develop processes for offboarding and exiting departing staff members. The exiting process will include developing exit interviews and exit surveys that will provide important data to better understand employee input on an array of employment concerns.
